Breastroke Kick
After the start and after each turn, a single downward butterfly kick followed by a breastroke kick is permitted while wholly submerged. Following which, all movements of the legs shall be simultaneous and in the same horizontal plane without altering movement.
The feet must be turned outward during the propulsive part of the kick. A scissors, flutter or downward butterfly kick is not permitted except as provided herein. Breaking the surface of the water with the feet is allowed unless followed by a downward butterfly kick.

Eastern Zone Holiday Meets 2005
Many teams participate in various holiday meets. There were very fast times swum at every meet. We have attempted for the 4th year to put together what we feel is a good representation of every holiday meet in the Eastern Zone. Due to the size of this database, we are limiting our publication to the TOP 50 swimmers in each event. Which meet was actually be the fastest??? We will let you determine. (maswim.org)
